Jan. 31st, 2008 06:51 pm So I start my new job tomorrow, and I don't know if I'm excited or terrified. Possibly both?
Bottom line: no more slacking for a while... I'll actually have to *work* for my pay! <le sigh>
It was really difficult leaving ULA today - more so than I imagined. I worked with those guys for seven years, and some of them I've known since I started at Rockwell over 20 years ago! It is a shame... I didn't want to leave, but I *really* didn't want to move. I think Delta will suffer from the loss of experience; you just can't get the same quality from people that are straight out of college that you can from people with 10 - 30 years of experience in the field.
Oh well... I have hot boys on TV tonight and we might have a Shuttle launch next week! \o/
